Pressure-Vacuum Test Rig, Type-WT, is a portable & compact unit for use onboard vessels for verifying set-pressures after maintenance and for measuring of leakage according to new environmental regulations.

Leakage rate from the entire valve can be measured to ensure compliance with environmental regulations (California State Regs). With EU bringing in SECA Regulations for Air-Pollution (presently for SOX / NOX emissions), this will only prove beneficial with Vapour Emission regulations. It requires only compressed air for operation – separate connections being provided for testing the Pressure & Vacuum sides. The readings can be read out on the Pressure Gauge.

For VECS operation it provides a readily and easy accessible means to demonstrate set pressures and thus the operational limitations that must be complied with.
